Within Promo DOO there is a Service centre for mobile, cordless, corded phones and communication devices authorised by Siemens Gigaset, ZTE, Huawei, HTC, Siemens AG and Benq to support communication devices in warranty and out of warranty period. Our Service centre is fitted with most the sophisticated equipment by the standards of Siemens. Service personnel have attended courses and are certified for servicing mobile devices, their continuous education takes plase depending on the appearance of new model in the market. Within the Service centre there is a warehouse with original spare parts for all communication devices from the afore mentioned manufacturers.
