Promo signed the agreement for after-sales hub solution for all devices of the users of Vip. The solution includes transport of all defective devices from the points of sale of Vip, their distribution to the authorised service centres, trancking the status of the repair and return of the repaired devices back to the points of sale of the operator - Vip. The users have the possibility tocheck the repair status online and tract their device through the system. With this solution the customer satisfaction is elevated to the highest level.
